Terrible customer service. Very judgemental staff, unorganized, and unclean store. The older staff can't teach the younger... staff. And leaving them alone they create all kinds of error. Greeting the paler patrons, giving them smiles, not writing ourorders down. Big dude couldn't give a sister a how are you and a big greeting, but the white patrons he did. Overworkedmanagement couldn't give any credit on that issue when I requested it and therefore, I don't recommend eating at this place everagain. Read more
The waitress was very friendly and was very receptive of some changes we wanted made to our order. The service was fast and the... food came out hot and delicious as you would expect from IHOP. The prices have maintained steady. On a Monday morning thislocation was not busy at all, plenty of parking and the interior was clean. Read more

The customer service from the manager Jimmy was excellent but the overall service was not very good. The restaurant was fairly... empty and food took extremely long to be served. Then once food arrived it was horrible. The pancakes were tough and the eggswere burnt. Not recommended for a late night bite to eat. Maybe the morning crew is a whole lot better.
