Terrible customer service. Very judgemental staff, unorganized, and unclean store. The older staff can't teach the younger... staff. And leaving them alone they create all kinds of error. Greeting the paler patrons, giving them smiles, not writing ourorders down. Big dude couldn't give a sister a how are you and a big greeting, but the white patrons he did. Overworkedmanagement couldn't give any credit on that issue when I requested it and therefore, I don't recommend eating at this place everagain. Read more
The waitress was very friendly and was very receptive of some changes we wanted made to our order. The service was fast and the... food came out hot and delicious as you would expect from IHOP. The prices have maintained steady. On a Monday morning thislocation was not busy at all, plenty of parking and the interior was clean. Read more
Felicia is the best! ???? I've been coming here for awhile and it feels like she never has a bad day ???? She's always pleasant,... attentive and is a terrific listener! The customer service from the manager Jimmy was excellent but the overall service was not very good. The restaurant was fairly... empty and food took extremely long to be served. Then once food arrived it was horrible. The pancakes were tough and the eggswere burnt. Not recommended for a late night bite to eat. Maybe the morning crew is a whole lot better. Food and service was solid enough for the price.... Just didn't feel like a clean environment... Dust and flies surrounding our... immediate booths, dirt/mold all over ceiling and air vents.... Toilets in men's room got green barnacle looking stuff growing onthe hardware/pipes.... Didn't receive the fruit cup I'd ordered on the side in addition to my breakfast plate, but didn't botherserver about it as we just wanted to get the check and leave ASAP Read more
I loved eating at this location. Our server was great & the food was very good. The place was packed but out food was served... promptly. The only negative I can say about this location is the Hostess had a sourpuss attitude. She was clearly not a happyemployee & since she is the first person customers encounter, it does not bode well. But the Server made up for her. And theshort order cooks do not receive the recognition they deserve since they literally unnoticed by the customers. Located right off the freeway across from the gas station, not hard to get to. Exceptional food! The Poblano omelet was really... good! They only have One waiter for the entire restaurant, one. Read more
