My six year old wanted some pancakes, against my better judgement I decided on my local IHOP. It wasn't packed at all, After... waiting service and waiting some more. I got a waitress that barely could communicate with me and had little understandingfinally got to order pancakes , turkey sausage and cheese eggs, finally the food comes , one order was correct with turkeysausage the other with PORK sausage. So I'm asked why I have Pork sausage instead of turkey, I was told that they were out ofthe turkey sausage and that they only had Pork sausage, I ask why wasn't I advised on the matter, I was told that is was ok, Ireplied that it wasn't. So I'm finally offered turkey bacon, I responded yes please minutes later the waitress comes out withsome barely cooked turkey bacon, I asked please cook the bacon properly and bring it back to me.... Wish they did hardlyovercooked and burned obviously this was intentional so I return the food I paid for my sons but I declined to pay for thedisrespect in the burnt turkey bacon.... These people here did not care about service especially to a black man yes I said it... I retain my composure in front of my six year old paid for the eating portion and removed but this is not the place you wantto go I don't recommend it to anyone unless you're starving and you want some raw bacon but I'm pretty sure if I was one of themI would have got better service that's just the raw truth... It wasn't the waiter's fault. He was the only guy on the floor, with NO help. The cook kept plating my steak and eggs together.... They did it twice. Asked 4 medium-well, steak was only cooked on 1 side. Sent that meat bacc. Not my tummy! Second time eatinghere, and they NEVER have those crispy potato cakes, but KEEP em on the menu. Went in here yesterday and placed a to go order. Never again in life will I go here!!! I ordered a t-bone with eggs and a... monster burger with onion rings. Well no onion rings were to be found and the steak was like chewing leather my dog was chokingon the piece I gave him and he's a young pup with strong teeth. There was gristle all throughout the sad piece of meat. And Iordered medium rare but received well-done It was so thin you could practically see through it. I honestly don't know how thisplace is still open when so many good restaurants closed during this pandemic. I ordered Cheese Stix while waiting for my foodand almost choked on them because they were soggy not crispy and half fried. Also on a separate order I ordered another monsterburger with bacon and extra cheese and received neither. I asked for crispy fries and received soggy ones and very few. For analmost $14 burger and fries you'd think they'd actually put some on the plate. I also ordered the appetizer with the fries andonion rings and of course didn't get that because they were out of onion rings which was the most upsetting because that was thewhole reason I wanted ihop in the first place. In my opinion this place should 1st be inspected by the health department andimmigration and then ultimately be closed down!!! If you have an incompetent staff running the place then why even bothertrying!!! I work in close proximity to this location and I will never step foot inside of it again. And will be informing mycustomers against doing the same. We can spend our money somewhere else and receive better quality food and service. Oh andnot 1 time did a manger come and speak with me! Had to come and grab a quick bite and the food was pretty decent, not the best I?ve had, but pretty well. My waitress was so... patient and nice and made sure my waffle was cooked to perfection (even though whomever was cooking couldn?t seem to get ittogether; it took 3 attempts to get my waffle cooked how I requested it). Ligonberry crepes is ALWAYS a YES YES 4me! The candied bacon ???? and new premium bacon ???? are a yes. Good prices too and... decent portion sizes. It's way too slow at night. If I'm the only person in the building sat for ten minutes why is my food taking 20 min and not even... hot? Also i asked for warmed milk took way longer than expected like a good 5 to 10 min. I got it but im suprised how long ittook. Then after I got my food they ask me if I want hot syrup and I said yes.
