Was visiting a friend and wanted to pick up oxtails on my way home so this spot was recommended. Ordered the oxtails large and... it was good. The cabbage was just okay but the rice and plantains were flavorful. Could have used a tad bit of the oxtails gravybut overall a great choice. Read more

Island Flavorz is amazing. You'll feel like family when you're here! Such flavorful dishes. Best oxtail and coconut shrimp curry... I've ever had. Amazing rum punch as well... And it's strong lol. I ordered the Medium Oxtails came with (rice, fried plantains & cabbage) and a beef meat pie. The food was delicious! We went as... a group so our food took a little time but the meat pies are already made so we got those first. The hot sauce was spicy butsweet and paired perfectly with the meat pies. We recently came to brunch and ordered the Jerk Chicken with rice / beans and plantains, Oxtail, and Curry Goat. My son had a... beef patty. I also had their passion fruit mimosa which I believe was bottomless. Everything was delicious and piping fresh hotfrom the kitchen.
