Nobody answered at the drive thru and guy in black shirt refused to service me because I honked at him. He then told me to have... a good day before shutting the windows. 10 pm on a Saturday night when the restaurant should be open. Lights are on and me, a DoorDash driver and a few other customers... are waiting to place our orders. No one says anything at the speaker. I pull up to the window. No one appears. Lights on, butnobody is home? That's ridiculous. People were kept waiting over this? Disappointed to say the least- employees currently on staff either have all the ext lights out to look closed or this place... isn?t being kept up. Attempted to place an order after confirming they?re open- to have the disgruntled employee make attemptsat toddler style back & forth banter. I tried this place 3 times, to make sure my review is accurate. The customer service is terrible, the food is bad compared to... other Jack in the Box. The place is not clean, you can see trash from previous days in the kitchen. Please, this place needs anew management for sure, and the city of Webster or CL to inspect this place. Read more
I went to the drive thru and the kid at the window was so rude. Handed me my stuff then I ask for buttermilk sauce he looked... annoyed and took out his ear bud.. like if you?re going to be annoyed when a customer asks for something simple DONT WORK INCUSTOMER SERVICE! Then he handed me the sauce and it was covered in it.. like if your hands are dirty then you shouldn?t handedto the customer. Never going back again and I don?t recommended this place to no one. Place in disrepair, dirty, employees sitting in dining room , pants falling off of one, no head covering,gloves or apron. Not... sure if cooked had washed hands.food not cooked properly couldn't wait to leave. Read more
One star for one employee who was kind but we will not be going back to this jack. we receive our meals very cold and with old... fries. Pulled in to drive thru and lady starts talking I proceed to say my order and the lady goes I can?t hear you so I raise my voice... and she proceeds to act she can?t hear me making me yell at this point she purposely repeats the wrong things and I?m having toyell out my order and she goes what u want a what and I keep shouting my order than all I hear is a other lady laughing and goeswhat do you want like it?s a joke between them they find it funny and the original gets back on trying not laugh but I can stillhear the other lady laughing and she goes silent and comes back on ok so check the screen and see if it?s right pull forward ifit?s right I left after that JUST GO RAISING CAINS ACROSS THE STREET exactly where I went and was greeted nd welcomed not likethis bs place Read more
