I see you Louie! Louie was polite, energetic and hilarious at the window. Not something you expect from a drive thru but he made... our trip to JBox fun ???? AND! We always have a hell of a time getting our kids burger made correctly at any fast food chainbecause most places don't listen and we constantly have to have it remade. Not here! This is the worst Jack in the box. Took my husband therefor lunch when we walked in no one was at the counter so we looked at... the menu. We stood there a good 3 to 4 minutes when I said excuse me and someone looked at us and said we will be with youshortly.....that took another 2 to 3 minutes a total of 6 minutes. Finally we ordered it took almost 8 minutes to get our food.When we got it my burger was cold. Also the batroom was locked with a sign saying no public restroom only for customers. We werecustomers and was told the mens toilet was broke and we only wanted to wash our hands and we did but another paying customer wastold the batrooms are out of order. I will never go here again.
