We always have a hell of a time getting our kids burger made correctly at any fast food chainbecause most places don't listen and we constantly have to have it remade. Not here! Terrible terrible services. I literally waited 45 min to get just 2 burgers that didn?t even include a drink or fry. When I got... close to the window I noticed the cashier had a bunch of bags just sitting there. I watched her just filling in each bag andgoing on to the next while not delivering them. The car in front of me got her bag, cashier then grab another bag and gave itme I was literally at the window not even a minute and as I left same thing with the car behind me. My food was cold!!!! My kidshad to come and heat it up in the microwave. If it wasn?t for the lane being so narrow for me to leave before the 45 min I wouldof!! I understand it?s busy at night but for my food just to sit there so you can pass them out as sack lunch is not ok!!!!! Read more

Customer service is a bad problem. The man behind counter was getting food and drink out very fast. So fast he would not stop... when I was trying to tell him my sandwich was not made right. Its Jack in the box and they don't care anyway but it's the point.Then when the lady finally was headed to the restroom she helped but only after using the restroom. Understandable but geez morethan one or two people should be able to help. Read more
This is the worst Jack in the box. Took my husband therefor lunch when we walked in no one was at the counter so we looked at... the menu. We stood there a good 3 to 4 minutes when I said excuse me and someone looked at us and said we will be with youshortly.....that took another 2 to 3 minutes a total of 6 minutes. Finally we ordered it took almost 8 minutes to get our food.When we got it my burger was cold. Also the batroom was locked with a sign saying no public restroom only for customers. We werecustomers and was told the mens toilet was broke and we only wanted to wash our hands and we did but another paying customer wastold the batrooms are out of order. I will never go here again.
