Ordered on ubereats app and the ordered went through but 3 drivers already sent by the ubereats app but still my ordered wasn?t... picked up yet, and so i decided to call the store what?s going on, and i spoke one of a lady and transfer me to another lady onthe call, and they said they just TURNED OFF THEIR UBEREATS APP, and i told them my ORDER WENT THROUGH so they should make myorder, and then she just told me that ?WERE NOT GONNA MAKE YOUR FOOD, TALK TO UBER EATS SO YOUR MONEY WILL REFUNDED and hang upthe phone. This place has changed. I ordered the sourdough burger, they put 1 slice of cheese and it looked Sloppy. I had them fix it but... it left a sour taste in my mouth. Never again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. Went thru the drive thru about 30 minutes ago and had the most rudest experience ever. I?d... already gone inside prior me going in the drive thru and the dude working the front counter was having the absolute hardest timeringing up a number 21 and there was already a little girl sitting down waiting for my order. So after he finally figured outwhat to do there he then walked off, seeing me standing there for the past 6 minutes, and started messing with the fries orsomething (never addressing me)so I went ahead and left out because I had to drop someone else?s order off to them. Anyhow nowI?m back in the drive thru and a guy asks to take my order? mind you earlier he didn?t have a headset on so I proceed to startmy order. A lady then chirps in to let me know they only had the roost sauce in the dipping packet that they would put to theside, fine, she finally made me realize what she was talking about and we were moving on I thought when the dude says realnastily ?is that gonna be it!???? Immediately asked who he was talking to and needless to say there was plenty of back and forthconversation. I don't usually go to Jack in the Box, but when I do it usually the one closer to my job. But I took a chance and went to this... one and now I regret it. I got the jumbo platter with both bacon and sausage but they only gave me undercooked bacon with nosausage. I don't usually like making bad reviews because I don't like complaining. If I could give a 0 star I would , last night the drive thru lady (centric) was super rude. Rushing me and had a very rude tone... of voice. This is unacceptable, why do these people work if they don?t even have the decency to just take my order without beingmad , you don?t have to be nice but definitely don?t be rude just do your job .
