I have been going here for the last couple of days stopping through on my way home in the afternoons, and the service has been... great! One day there was a gentleman at the window his name was Shelton he made sure my order was correct and the food was hot!And another day I came through a lady by the name of Veronica did a great job too. *EDIT* I may be jumping the gun here by bumping up from 1 star to 5 but I did this due to the response time by management. Went... back a week later and it was open. The young girl that took my daughters order was very nice and the food wasperfect. Literally the most pointless Jack in the Box. When are they even open? Went today well before closing time and ofcourse no one was there. When they are open the staff is not friendly and always have an excuse as to why they can?t makecertain things. Seems like they just need to shut this one down. The one on Hwy 6 is way better. Always open when they?resupposed to be and friendly staff. Read more
As an ex employee please do not eat here at all , the manager(Lupe) does not care what she gives out there can mold on the bread... and she?ll just ignore it and still give it out she makes us give out old fries , the only thing you MIGHT get fresh is tinytacos or anything that goes in the fryer , if you think you are safe with the shakes you?re very much not they don?t clean theshake machine , the patties are really old (from morning shift) they only make fresh ones when they run out , if you are gonnacontinue to eat there check under your lettuce bc that?s where she makes us hide the mold at :) have a great day Read more
Dried old fries, burger bun was hard and chicken on sandwich overcooked. Not the experiences I had before so Ill give it another... chance and will update my review based on outcome. Read more
I won't ever go here again. I specifically asked for freshly cooked French fries and waited long enough for them to cook, but I... got lukewarm fries. I got back to work and opened the box to get my burger, and I found the burger pictured here. This should bea Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack! Read more
Do not go here at night.. I did a late night Uber pickup. I drove to the store, got in the drive thu lane. There was only one... car before me which waited nearly 13 minutes for their food. I waited an additional 22 minutes in the drive-thru. Thats a 35minute wait for fast food in the drive thru. So far, this is the 5th time this has happend in about 3 days. Mainly the nightcrew, day crew is good. Read more
