This Jack In The Box is very disorganized and poor on service for guests. The problem at hand is employees not focused on... quality of guests because some employees are on their phones. With this statement said automatically the employees will havelack of assurance in food, service, or even safety. As a great restaurant of America, this kind of service is unacceptable andcould cause a serious health risk. I believe this should be a manner worth checking in to and having an audit of not only thisrestaurant, but others as well. Concerns in this matter is highly recommended for safety of the public. Their coke zero always tastes funny to me. No problem with the food. Always fast and good. I wish there were other options/... substitutes for the hash brown/fries. Like a side salad or fresh fruit/yogurt. Also please update your prices. I hate orderingsomething and you tell me a completely different price than what is on the menu. And why do you always upsell on the sly? Themenu price is for a small, but then you ask "is that a medium or large? " when I place the order. If I wanted the other sizes, I would ask for it. It?s Friday. July 22 2022 bout 930pm. Ordered 4 tacos and 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers in the drive through. Ate the burgers on the... way home. Melted in my mouth. Slammed down the 4 tacos when I got home and they were the best jack tacos I?ve ever eaten. Theygave me extra taco sauce and the tacos were perfectly crunchy. Read more
This store was very clean and no wait time for my order which was fast and delicious. The cashiers were friendly and very nice.... The food was very tasty and flavorful. All in all the customer service was acceptable and went beyond! With very fast servicethis Jack in the Box is great to go with your family and enjoy some wonderful food. Read more
Staff was great. No problems there. I ordered the Jumbo Jack combo meal. The Jumbo has shrunked in size...should be called a... Junior and the Junior should be called a Baby Jack. ???? The tacos are still very good tho. ???????? Read more
Stopped by on 9/9/2019 & decided to give their spicy chicken sandwich a try since there is so much to do about Popeye's &... Chick-Fil-A... I have to say that Jack In The Box's version is quite good. All in all the meal was ok. I didn't get a pic butthe curly fries seemed a little chintzy with the amount in the container. I ordered a large and there were hardly any in thebox. Read more
Very clean restaurant. Jack in the Box is alive and well. Their food is pretty good for fast food, that's for sure. And their... best menu item is probably their curly fries. Don't ever go here without getting the curly fries! The food is about as you'dexpect it. My girlfriend gives it 3 stars and I give it 4, so we round up because we're like cowboys here in Texas.
