Honestly I had to leave this review today is August 31, 2022 and to my knowledge COVID-19 has been out since 2019 and monkeypox... has been out for about a year now why is it that Jack-in-the-Box is still touching peoples food without gloves that is sounsanitary and is a lawsuit waiting to happen !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From this day forward I will no longer be eating atJack-in-the-Box and anyone who I sees with Jack-in-the-Box I will inform them that their food was most likely cooked withoutgloves that is a major food safety hazard and anyone can call the health department ???????? First and last time coming to this location. When we arrived, the drive through cashier was very unprofessional while taking our... order. They gave us the wrong food when we got to the window and we sat at the drive through waiting for the correct food for awhile. We get our food finally and then go home. When we got home we started eating and before I could even take a bite of mysandwich, I found a LONG hair in it. We got back in the car and went back to this location. We informed the same woman that tookour order what we found. She opened the sandwich and plucked the hair out. She Looked away and called for someone named ?Lupe?.And then walked away laughing. They remade my sandwich and gave us a free cake but i am super disappointed in the service here.Will definitely not be returning. I work in the food service industry as well. I understand mistakes happen and you do the bestyou can to fix it. My issue is the way the cashier handled it. Read more

Quality is going downhill and I think it's because they can't keep workers. Staff is changing every week from what I can tell,... and tonight the staff didn't know the menu at all. They gave me the wrong burger, I came back and they replaced it... withanother, differently wrong burger. Even after I explained to the cashier exactly what I wanted (very simple- #1, bacon swissbuttery jack, exactly as it comes, with fries. Very simple, usually they do it no problem) she still came back with, somehow,the wrong thing. I did not have the energy or patience to go back a third time (and, honestly, what a waste of food! I hatewasting food, especially beef!) And I had very little confidence that they would get it right if I gave them a third try. Theyalso didn't give me a receipt, so I can't leave a review with the company directly. What would normally take 8, maybe 10 minutesroundtrip for me became a 30+ minute ordeal that ended with me still having no burger to eat. Fries were okay though. If you goduring peak hours (like, not late at night or in the early AM) maybe you'll encounter better-trained staff and have a morepleasant experience than I did. Or maybe just take the extra couple minutes of driving to go to the other one on Chimney Rock.That's what I'll be doing from now on! Edit: I went back today and, once again, they gave me an incorrect burger. This time itactually had cheese and bacon on it, but they left out the sauces and the patty itself was dry like a hockey puck. I tried mybest to eat this and could barely swallow one bite. And this time the fries were not okay. They deceptively packaged it, so thatit appeared to be more than it was. As soon as I gripped the sides of the fry carton, they all fell down into it, revealing thatthe bottom half/ two thirds of it was empty space. This is not worth the money. I am very disappointed.
