Poor customer service I just order two monster tacos and a cheese burger. Waiting for my ordered i saw a worker that was in the... front a older guy fixing some else order. I saw him get some French fry with no gloves on and watch him eat a fry then put itin the bag very nasty never will eat there again reporting thim to the corporate office please don't eat there because you willget sick. This was the first time I?ve ever been cursed at by someone working at a restaurant. I have the incident on video. The lady... working as a cashier has the worst attitude and customer service that I have ever experienced. I can not believe she is allowedto stay on the clock after the manager hears her cursing me out. That?s grounds for immediate termination. She lackscommunication skills and the ability to listen. Horrible. Never ever going here. I don?t know if the person who I talked to was the manager or not but her attitude was not it.... I order a popcorn chicken. The drive-thru was fast & quick. The lady who helped me was nice. Food was hot & the shakes were nice and thick.
It is 4:02am on July 18, 2021. I literally just got home from ordering at the JITB location on Orem at 288. I hadn't ordered... from JITB in months because of bad experiences but I decided to give it one more shot. I ordered 2 Homestyle Chicken Clubsandwich meals with regular large fries. When I got home and was ready to eat my meal, I noticed that the fries were old andstale on both meals, and the other one was curly fries instead of regular. One of the chicken club sandwiches had chicken thatwas very stale and old and the buns were solid and crumbling. The other sandwich was a ultimate bacon cheesburger with stalebuns. It was supposed to be a chicken club sandwich. This location is fairly new but is definitely trash. If I could give itless than a 1 star rating, I would. Read more
