Our fries look like this and even Taste worst. All of our fries (4 meals) were burnt.
Came to this location yesterday 12/11/21 at 5:31 pm and my wife and I decided to dine in. We pull up and it was closed to dine... in. On a Saturday?! They decided to lock the place, that is unacceptable. Our experience got worse as pulled up via the drivethrough to order our food. The lady seemed to have an attitude with us as we ordered. I didn?t think much of it as I was upsetabout the place being locked. At the window, we got our drinks and they gave us no straws, but the guy told me to pull up to thefront. So I did to wait. He came out with our food, no straws, so he had to go back to get us some straws. My wife then noticesthat there was no ketchup or napkins so the guy once again, had to go back to get that for us. They locked the place and couldnot even deliver what we paid for. Read more
This Jack In The Box gives you whatever THEY want you to have. Not what you ordered. I have visited this location twice and... both times our orders were wrong. What is the point in asking me if my order is correct on the screen just for them to throwanything in the bag and cup? We will not be returning Read more
