For a brand new Jack in the Box location. I've had some ok experiences, and some bad experiences. Im seeing some reviews saying... they found mold in their bread, which is definitely not something I've experienced but definitely leaves me questioning if I'llever return. There's been a couple times we order something on the app, and it's not in stock at the restaurant. Which causedsome inconveniences. Also had some bad customer service at times. Not as bad as the Popeyes down the road, but still notgreat. I would expect this of a Jack in the box that's been around for years. But seeing as this just opened, I can onlyimagine how bad it will be one day, if they don't take action now to correct their mistakes. Read more

Place is filthy every time I go there, restroom is dirty, garbage ????? is full, tables are sticky, floor is gross, and music... blaring like I?m in Mexico somewhere! ???? I was so excited when this place opened up, but now I?m sure it?s just a matter oftime before they go out of business ??????? the latest disappointment and nail in the coffin ?? for me? is that they stoppedletting you dine inside after midnight I think ???? The food is gross and not to mention overpriced, seems like the burgers ????are smaller now so I?m probably done with Jack unless he makes some serious changes. There was literally MOLD on the bread of my sandwich! I'm glad that I saw this before I took a bite or I could have ended up... very sick! The employees clearly hate working here and do not care at all about customer service or the quality of the food thatthey are serving to people. The bad reviews on here are all sadly very true. I know that this is just a fast food place butthere is NO excuse to be serving spoiled food to people. Read more

All I did was pull up to the speaker box to order food and the lady was immediately rude and sounded irritated that I was even... there before I ordered my food. I didn?t understand when she asked me what kind of drink I wanted and I said ?im sorry?? And sheretorted ?drink? at me. Was very rude and unwelcoming. This is my first time at this location and would not want to come back ifthis is the kind of service that I am going to receive. It is late at night and I understand we are all tired but all I wantedwas to get some food and really did not need the attitude along with it. I then had to wait over 15 minutes for my food andthere was only one other car in line. I?m in the industry and I try to never leave a bad review but I?m really not sure whathappened here tonight and I hope it gets better for you guys. Read more

Was so excited for this location. We have been here a handful of times and usually late night. Line is always extremely ling.... Something from our order is always forgotten. Person at the window has always been nice. Read more

I would give a zero if it allowed me, but honestly they just opened and already the workers seem like they hate their lives... working there. We ordered our food and the lady was too lazy to give us our receipt so we were not sure what our order numberwas. When it was called we simply asked what was that to make sure it was our order, but the employee yelled again 321 withattitude. How do you expect us to know what it was based on an order number that was not given to us in the first place. Iunderstand fast food services are already not going to be the best, but this place is not worth it. Read more

I always click the mobile Prepare Order button 5-7 minutes in advance but end up waiting at the window for a bit being the only... customer there. I have been here twice. The 1st time, they put pickles on one of my sandwiches that wasn't even part of thesandwich, and also forgot to put onions I had requested on. There were also traces of some sauce which makes me worry gloveswere not changed or there was food mixing going on. The attendant though was nice, probably the manager. The 2nd time, Iordered a combo and a shake. After waiting, I didn't receive my shake or the drink with the combo. I told her I ordered them andshe told me I didn't. She may have thought I was trying to order a shake at the window. The employee told me shakes were notavailable because the machine was being cleaned. I then asked for a refund if I was unable to receive my shake. When I askedthis, she went back inside and immediately gave me my drink and shake. That's odd - it wasn't working a couple seconds ago, butthe moment I ask for a refund it suddenly works? Was I given a dirty shake mid-machine cleaning? I am always super friendly as Ihave worked in customer service before, but I am hoping any future returns go more smoothly. Read more
