Used to come here a lot and the place has taken a beating. The long interior wall could use some repair. Was a little... disappointed that they didn't offer the featured handwich nor the veggie cake and ended up with the Sourdough Parmesan Pretzelwhich was ok. Still it offered excellent service as it used to. Read more

Would you like to Tip $.50 or $1.00 ? Whose the manager? They must be stopped ....follow that unsatisfactory stare of... disappointment so not tasteful...Clearly there is a Tipping Jar in plain sight so behavior is unacceptable especially in theseunprecedented times. 3 stars because all the drinks are always good, customer service is great. However, i walked in today & I almost walked out. It... is beyond dingy, dirty & dark. I literally stopped at the door like WOAH! I thought they were out of business until i wasgreeted by a very sweet young lady. I went ahead with my order, but can't come back. Sent my husband by to bring smoothies and energy bowls home for lunch. He said he would never go back because of the horrible... service. I can?t send him back either because the smoothies were runny like juice and the energy/smoothie bowl was good but hadpretty much the bare minimum ingredients in it for a smoothie bowl. Compared to competitors in the area and beyond this is oneof the worst smoothie places we have encountered. He said the three people working there never smiled or said hello. The womanat the register was just kind of mean muggin customers as if they were annoyed to have customers. Do they know customers paythere checks? Why with all these bad reviews of customer service would the owner not hire a new team of people that were happyand bubbly and enjoyed people and smoothies. That?s how I imagine people that work at a smoothie shop, especially Jamba Juice,happy and bubbly and good with people. So both our smoothies were watery thin and the smoothie bowl was bare, it also hadsomething else other than granola that wasn?t listed on the ingredients. Like wheat puffs or rice puffs? I have a gluten allergyso I?m hoping it wasn?t wheat puffs but it wasn?t just granola. He also said it took a long time to get the items ordered andwith how miserable the employees were, not to mention the smoothies didn?t taste right. Not like other places with similarrecipes. We will never be back. It?s a crappy location anyway to get to traffic wise so it would have to be really good to getpeople to want to go out of the way to get there. I guess if ownership changes ever we may try it again but probably not. Myhusband was born and raised in Texas so he knows how to have hospitality and when he smiles and says hello and is met with ascowl and what do you want.....yuck, no thanks. Read more

I have always enjoyed Jamba Juice. I prefer their smoothies over competitors, and I'm not hit over the head with ads for health... supplements on every available surface. That being said, the quality of their non smoothie items can vary. Cold pretzels are nofun for anyone. Read more
