Freaky slow. Five employees and only one person doing anything. Manager watching and not doing anything. Took over 5 minutes... to make 4 mini sandwiches, no other customers. Speed is one reason we love this franchise? Read more

Always very good, I prefer Jimmy John's to Subway but no everywhere you can find a Jimmy John's. The sandwiches are always... fresh and will prepare in detention are very quick. There places are green all the time. Read more
Quality has gone down a lot. I asked for hot peppers and double meat. They didnt add peppers and added no extra meat but charged... and extra $4. Ive been coming to this JJs since it was built and the quality of service has gone down significantly. Read more
