Have been using this location for business catering for quite a few Months. The sandwiches are always fresh, made well and it... is always on time. We order for same day delivery and have not been disappointed, Keep up the great work. Read more

I get off of work late, and I've come to this location several times at least 5-10 minutes before 6pm (when they are supposedto... close), and they have repeatedly told me they were closed. Horrible customer service. Read more

Probably the worst experience Ive had at any sandwich chain. The management here appears exhausted from life and probably come... here to take their frustration out on the customer. I have given this place the benefit of my doubt, but after multiple fails, Iwon't be coming back. The sandwiches are never prepared as I ordered and they give me attitude if I try to check their work. Oneemployee almost ran me and my baby over with the delivery car and didnt have basic social skills to even apologize. Corporateneeds to get on this shop. You need to do better. Read more

Honestly, I have no idea where to even begin in the plethora of experience failure points at this location. Thus, let me begin... by saying that I have never experienced anything like what happened here in my life at a Jimmy John's - as a matter of fact, usually they always go above and beyond. My wife and I happened to be out in the area and I stopped at this one to grab us foodas we did not know this suburban enclave (my normal Houston store sits at the corner of San Felipe and Sage Road in a Randall'sGrocery store shopping center and they do rather well). This was just absolutely the most horrid of an experience. At first, everything seemed normal on entry, then I am just standing up there a while - the gentleman making a sandwich finally looks atme and asks "Picking up?" after a good 25 seconds and I say "No, order to go, please" - he looks around, some young girl comesover. No happy smile. No welcome to Jimmy John's, no greeting, no suggestion about anything, no "How may I help?" - just ablank stare with a hand ready at the screen. I dive right in with my order, then a thought hit me to try something I never hadasked before so, I asked "By any chance do you have jalapenos that you can add?" She just said "No." Took her a second to go"We have hot peppers" - and pointed to a sign. I said to add those to my Italian. I asked to Make It a Combo and I asked forthe famous Thinny Chips. Her response: "There are no more Thinny Chips." I just looked at her and, looking at the display ofchips I go "Okay, what is the replacement of the Thinny Chips?" She says (I cannot make this up if I tried) "I dunno." Noeffort to steer me to another chip, no telling me which one is a similar flavor profile. Which means there was no basic producteducation despite a product offering change, so that is a fail point on whatever "management" means at this location. I said"ok, I will pick something" and then she just points at the drink cups and says "This or this o Read more

Everytime I order delivery here, it literally takes 45 minutes to an hour. I end up missing my entire lunch break waiting for it... to arrive. I?ve had hopes it would be faster each time, but always takes forever. Will not be ordering from here anymore. It isNOT freaky fast. Read more
