I placed a pick-up order today at 7pm, and didn't get any update in regards to it for 30 minutes. I called the store to see... what's up, but no one picked up. I checked the website and it seems I can only cancel the order through the phone prior to ordercompletion, but what happens when you can't even reach them? Edit: Drove by the place. The inside was closed, but drive thruwas open. I went through the drive thru and told the person behind the comms that my order was ready. Went around and he wasnice about it. I amended my rating to a 3, I still think there needs to be better way of communicating. Read more

Sign says Jimmy John's but it sure doesn't feel like it. We were the only two people in store after 20 minutes to get 2 subs I... just walked out without my food. Tall kid with beard kept talking on phone to clearly a friend. At some point both employeeswalked out of the store to go talk to someone for at least 5 minutes. Store appeared like they were closing even though it waslunch time. No ice tea made, chairs all up, tables dirty. They made no subs while we were there have no idea what they weredoing. Entire staff needs to be retrained and management fired. Read more
