Ordered for delivery today and they took close to two hours to deliver (this wasnt the first time they have taken this long to... deliver to me) and one item from the order was missing. I called the location for the item and the lady said she would have thedriver bring me the item. The driver never showed up with the item. Read more
JJ is consistently good. These guys told me they didn't have mustard of any type other than Dijon even though I can see it on... the shelf behind the register. I asked if they were decorations. They said no. So do they not know what mustard is? Or were theynot interested in getting the bottle off the shelf? Read more
Freakishly fast my a.... Last week, It took them almost 2 hours to deliver my order and I'm just .5 miles away. Today, they... made me sit there for 20 minutes on an online pickup order. Freakishly fast not so much. The food is really good. Fix yourprep game so I can keep ordering. Read more
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst service ever. I ordered here many times and had no issues then recently they "lost" my... order somewhere in the process and after 2 hours, I have to call to ask them to cancel and refund me. This has happened twicenow. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time thinking it could have been an accident, not this time! I ran out the door full speed.......Absolutely disgusting workers grabbing door handles and texting on thier phones all while... making people sandwiches. It defeats the purpose of wearing latex gloves if your not going to be sanitary. Went to get lunch at 12:30pm and finished ordering my meal for the cashier to tell me there?s no regular french bread. There was... a whole tub of bread but it seems as if they cater more to people who order online than the people who actually drive all theway to the store to order food.
