Made the mistake and went to this location all to get home and realize our order was wrong. Called the store to explain what... happened, spoke to the ?manager? Trey who was so unprofessional and unwilling to refund or redo our order. I was so disgustedafter talking to the ?manager? I ended up throwing away the whole bag INCLUDING the cookie-which we knew Trey had nothing to dowith. If your energy is that negative simply because I called to complain about my order YOU messed up lord knows the energythat went into the making of our sandwiches. It took an hour and... a half for my order to reach me plus a 15 minute phone call on hold to even reach them about where order was. The jimmy johnsapp did not update tracking on my order to state that it had been delivered and had I not called, I would have never received myorder. Also, they got my order wrong after i finally recieved it an hour and a half after I placed it. Complete disappointment. Read more
