I've ordered Jimmy johns delivery several times before with no issues but today was incredibly frustrating. It took an hour and... a half for my order to reach me plus a 15 minute phone call on hold to even reach them about where order was. The jimmy johnsapp did not update tracking on my order to state that it had been delivered and had I not called, I would have never received myorder. Also, they got my order wrong after i finally recieved it an hour and a half after I placed it. Complete disappointment. Read more

Waited an hr for my food was told multiple different times upon delivery poor customer service will never be ordering from this... location again took and 1hr and 15 mins for a 5 min delivery how absurd I hope I get my refund. Read more

The service here is non existent. Why am I having to reach behind the counter to get my own napkins and bag while there are 6... people standing around? ?? Why is there no silverware available? Like at this point it might as well be a DIY. Definitely myfirst and last time here. Read more

Edit: who t.f made this sandwich? Absurd ???? Haha so your employees will adhere to protocol like wearing masks, but not street... laws or signs. Your delivery drivers keep parking in handicapped spots and running lights like they are disabled. Yet run todeliver? Read more

Made the mistake and went to this location all to get home and realize our order was wrong. Called the store to explain what... happened, spoke to the ?manager? Trey who was so unprofessional and unwilling to refund or redo our order. I was so disgustedafter talking to the ?manager? I ended up throwing away the whole bag INCLUDING the cookie-which we knew Trey had nothing to dowith. If your energy is that negative simply because I called to complain about my order YOU messed up lord knows the energythat went into the making of our sandwiches. They have proven to be incapable of getting an order right. For the past three months they have gotten my office order wrong for... every single person. Asking for any sort of customization means absolutely nothing to them. To make it worse, once they are toldabout it, they argue and don?t want to accept any responsibility. I?ve ordered from them before through delivery, and I?ve always been satisfied with my orders. I went to eat inside their... restaurant and was hugely disappointed. To be clear, the food was good, it?s the customer service that was disappointing.Cashier was slow when taking order and if you asked about adding or removing item, acted as if you took too long to order orgave you this look as if your dumb for even asking. I didn?t think to ask them to cut my sandwich in half so I asked a teammember if they had plastic silverware, after I received it. Well he answered flatly ?no?. Didn?t think to ask if I needed help?Neither offered to cut it for me. No sense of assisting customers, there?s no one on site managing this group. The bad thing isI was taking a fellow ?new? coworker and had given her positive reviews. Now we both won?t be ordering from here. I?ve also letother coworkers know. I mean with all the options in the Galleria area, you?d think they?d try to keep customers. Read more

sandwiches are decent IF they get the order right. I've used this restaurant for my lunch 2-3 times a week for years mostly... because I work 5 min away and they deliver VERY fast. But beware, they screw up the order often. If you order online and putany special instructions in the notes, 1/2 the time the instructions will not be read. today, for the 3rd time they delivered ascrewed up sandwich on bread that tasted 4 days old by how hard it was. The pics included... cheese, lettuce and peppers werethe only things on the sandwich! I called the store and they offered to send a new sandwich. In the past that has beenacceptable but today I don't have time for it at work. They refused to refund me or give me a credit for a future order. Somereward for the literally hundreds of times I've eaten their very average sandwiches over the years. I'll be finding a new lunchdelivery option from now on. Read more
