Ordered a #4 turkey tom for my gf and when I got home I unwrapped the sandwich to find that it was stuffed with tuna instead of... turkey. This could have been a potentially serious situation as my gf is allergic to tuna and would have had a medical reactionhad she consumed this. The pickles tasted like water and the soda machine had not been properly refilled because my dr.peppertasted like nothing. What makes this unacceptable for me is that the place had 3 employees and was completely empty so how is itpossible for this many errors and mistakes to have occurred? I went online to submit feedback on their website only for it tonot work and give me an error message whether it was on my pc or phone (how freaking convenient huh). This was a horribleexperience and I urge everyone to avoid this place at all costs. Don't spend your hard earned money here. Read more

Got my sandwich in 50 minutes. I could get a pizza faster than that. When I called asking where my order was, they said ?we only... have one driver?. How does management have 1 driver on a night that the Astros are playing a Workd Series??? Read more

Just placed a mobile order for pickup and the charge appeared on my credit card. I drove to pickup my sandwich and was told the... internet was down and that they couldn?t complete my order. I was able to pull the order up and show it had been paid, but theytold me they couldn?t make my sandwich and that my money would be refunded. I didn?t have cash so I couldn?t buy a sandwich. Iknow the internet going down is something that sometimes happens, but now I don?t get to eat lunch. It?s noon, I haven?t eatensince 5:30am and now I don?t get to eat until 5:00pm because the trip wasted my entire lunch break. Completely ridiculous thatthey couldn?t make me a sandwich that I had already paid for. Money has been refunded now, but that doesn?t help me eat. Read more

What can I say...Every time I want a sandwich it will always be Jimmy John's. I ordered the other day and went to pick it up, I... asked if they were the same location that donates lunches to Texas Children Hospital , down the street; the manager confirmed.First of all I am a parent of two preemie boys that were born in the Summer of 2022. The last thing you think of grabbing beforeyou leave the house to see your children in the NICU is lunch. This location would donate to the hospital and I was grateful toget a small sandwich , you stay in the hospital for hours ..and to see someone thought of the parents of these small babieswarms my heart. I just want this location to know that every time you made a sandwich for us it was something beyond great; wedidn't have to warm anything, we didn't have to leave our babies side, you gave us more time with our babies by preparing thisfor us. I have a medically fragile child and am staying at the Westin less than a mile away while getting treatment from out of town.... She wasn?t feeling well so we wanted to order sandwiches to be delivered to the room. I called ahead to make sure we were intheir area. I was told they wouldn?t deliver to our room per hotel. I informed them that the hotel has no issues with food beingdelivered, as we have had food brought to the door numerous times since being here. I also explained I cannot leave my youngdaughter alone to go downstairs to get food. They still insisted that valet wouldn?t allow them to park. I informed them valettold me last night to let my delivery driver know we were upstairs with a medically fragile child and they would still not doso! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM if you expect delivery. Not friendly and it literally seemed as though they?re trying to do anythingto not do their job. Sad because my daughter was hungry and loves JJ. We will wait till we get back home & order. I?m not sure of the bearded fellow name at the cash register but it was obvious he did not want to be behind the counter today.... Unprofessional and disrespectful. If my wife wasn?t pregnant and specifically asked for a JJ sandwich I would have taken mybusiness elsewhere. Update: To top it off our orders were incorrect. If this wasn?t obvious enough, we will not return to thislocation. Read more
