Rude customer service. I called back after a delivery to explain my order was wrong. All they could do was say there wasn?t any... th info they could do cause there was no manger there. I asked if they could just fix it and send a new one. Of course theycan?t do that either without approval. But hey where is a manger. He told me he was late and had no idea where he was. I love jimmy johns? they have the best sandwiches. & I?ve never had a problem at a jimmy John?s before. But I don?t think a... single employee at this location was ever trained in taking an order or making a sandwich. I don?t understand what?s so hardabout making a sandwich correctly? 2 days in a row my sandwich was wrong which not a huge deal just a frustrating inconvenience.How do you mess up making a sandwich when someone tells you exactly what they want on it? Horrible customer experience! My order was taken correctly after the guy on the register repeated it back to me. The sandwich... was made incorrectly and when I waited for the order to be corrected it became apparent that I was going to be made to continueto wait. I cancelled my order, requested a refund and decided to NEVER patronize this establishment again. Good service remainsa quality when you are serving the public. Read more
This was a absolutely horrible experience with pictures of which I will post to follow, the orders were completely wrong and... hairs were found in the sandwiches on top of that the staff lies and attempted to keep me from contacting the manager which Isurely will as well as the health department. There's virtually no mask usage with the people of the store either and long hairaround the food without restraining. very frustrated at this situation since I used to love Jimmy johns. Read more

The food is always spot-on, but the above and beyond customer service is why I will always be a loyal JJ customer. I ordered a... sandwich that they needed to prep more fresh ingredients for and the guy at the counter let me know it would take a couple moreminutes than usual. The sandwich was out to me within just 2-3 minutes, but they still offered me a free pickle for the wait.These guys really care about their customers. Thank you so much! Read more
