Let me start by saying I typically enjoy JLB however I frequent Barker Cypress. I'm very clear about my orders today I placed an... order with a young lady who attention was there but short. I ordered 6 wings and pointed to it on the menu & Bacon Cheeseburger,I then make the 6 wings a combo. I'm overcharged. instead of 6 wings charged for 10, I bring it to their attn after I check myTap receipt. I bring to her attn again she proceeds to tell me that's not what you said. Clearly I know what I ordered. Herattitude became a bit sharp. I work for one of the largest companies globally if I treated my customers this way surely I'd beunemployed. To make matters worse I get home and my burger Is undone. Never had this issue at Barker Cypress. Key to Customerservice is Active listening and paying attention with people money! Read more
The guy behind the counter was so nice and helpful with explanation even tho the menu had it written out. Lol. Got the bacon... avocado burger and fried pork chop combo. This was pretty good and I'm glad I had a chance to give it a try. Hamburger wasflavorful and salty (but not too salty). Pork chop was cut thin. Meats were not over or under cooked. Waffle fries were betterthan regular fries. Def give it a try if u r in the area. Read more
Down right hearty good southern flavor that packs a punch????????. The food came out hot and did take some time to prepare but I... didn't mind since it was worth the wait. The burger is made in a TEXAS size portion. The prices for the portions are veryreasonable. I tried the fried oreos which were excellent! I just wish they came with a small portion of ice cream to complimentthem. Read more
My Wife and I think these are the best burgers in the area... fresh, hot, juicy, the picture is my double cheeseburger with... extra cheese. Call ahead and order; chill in the car like we did... Enjoy! Read more

So I finally decided to give JBL try after seeing 4plus stars. I placed my order and waited about 10 minutes before it was... cooked and bagged. I got home and everything was made to order which was a big plus!! Unfortunately my order was takencorrectly but the lady in the kitchen dropped the ball and put mayo on my burger. I absolutely hate mayo on sandwiches! I triedto wipe it off and eat it, but there was so much mayo that I could still taste it. I decided to take it back for a refund. Thereason I'm giving them a low rating is due the woman in the back who dropped the ball had a stank look on her face. She didn'town her mistake, didn't apologize or anything. Just took the togo container to the back. She immediately went into denial andsaid that I ordered mayo before even looking at the receipt Yes 1 burger had light mayo and the other NO MAYO. Amazing burger place, larger than most places ???? Will be coming back at least a few times while here in Texas to try their... other burgers. Was about 15.50$ out the door for the bacon avocado burger with fries and drink, but unfortunately in the Bideneconomy that's the price we pay. Service was attentive, ask for ranch and ketchup as your ordering. Good stuff and not all theitems on the menu are available. See pictures for the ones crossed out on the paper menu I was given ???? I used to eat at a Joy Love Burger over on 249 near Spring Cypress. I became spoiled by their amazing burgers, and giant sized... Buffalo tenders. I no longer work over there so I hadn't gone in years. I found this place called JLB Eatery and wondered if itwas related. Well it is! And the food here is just as amazing. Huge burgers. The patty melt is different than a typical melt,and it is absolutely delicious. Service was excellent. The food was prepped very quickly, despite being in the middle of a lunchtime rush on a Saturday. Very happy yo have found this place. Don't let its small size fool you. There are more tables outsideand everything is delicious. Be prepared to pay $20 per person if you add anything on to the meals (like special fries). Butit's worth it. The food is better than a high end burger restaurant, but served on a tray with paper. Will be back! Read more
