Came through the drive thru ticket 2446 at 6:04p to be not greeted by Virginia or the petite Spanish young lady who couldn't... understand me asking for a original breast and a small fry. Repeated twice that I wanted a sandwich which was wrong. A malecoworker corrected it. Then I get to the window and she just says my total. No hello your total is. No repeat of the order.Poor customer service. Then tries to make me pull around to wait for it. Because there are now other cars waiting. I refused. Asked for a refund. She ignored me. Then an older Spanish lady made my order. How hard is it to put 1piece of chicken in abox? Everything was ready. It's not like there was a wait for chicken or fries. Last KFC I went n ordered it was a 3 piece meal the drum stick WAS A STICK!! chicken was over cooked. Price increase will make... me think twice before I visit another KFC. Read more
We work out of town alot, so we have to eat out most of the time. This location gave us a great experience! Food was almost like... the pictures, orders were accurate! As a fellow service member, I can tell the manager takes pride in her job, even if theemployees didn't seem to happy about, the job was getting done & done right! Read more
Customer service was awesome! They were polite and curious. I love their chicken the best. Update today i went there and bought... mostly tacos. They were gross! The taco shells tasted like chemicals, so i ended up scraping it the ingredients and reading itliked a salad without the taco shell. Burritos were hard and dry. They Mac and cheese was good but over priced. Customer servicewasn't so good i ordered 4 large Mac and cheese and they argued with and said i told them small. So i ended up ordering morebecause their small isn't enough for the kids they aren't taco fans especially from KFC/ taco bell. They only had 6 chickenwings left. Read more
Black African heavy set lady was very rude .She has a evil spirit ,she need another job . Why be mean an ugly rolling her eyes... ignore me when I talk directly to her,an would not say anything to me .
