Do not waste your time here. Today was the second time I've gone to this location. It was a repeat of the first sub-par... experience. The lady on the register was being pulled off to complete other tasks which made trying to place an order a lengthyexperience. After I placed my order, I waited for over 20 minutes. In that time, multiple drive-thru orders were completed. Additionally, people that were behind me recieved their food with 5 minutes of ordering. My expectations were low to beginwith and they absolutely failed to meet them again. In total, I wasted nearly 35 minutes and had to leave or be late for whereI was going. I come to this location a lot, but NEVER TF AGAIN! Usually when I come they usually take forever, but this time when we came,... they never acknowledged me, so I drove around to the window where I sat for a good 10 mins, and they still never acknowledgedus. So we drove off to the side, and they helped the car behind us. So, we drove back up, and asked why weren?t we acknowledged,and she started arguing with me saying because I didn?t order at the window I explained to her that we were saying hello, andshe just kept saying ?no you didn?t?! I always have a bad experience here. Every time I go they either don't have any pot pies or they are out of chicken. 30-45 mins... to closing and they aren't serving chicken. Igh...Ugh.... so frustrating. Read more
Bad. Smelly place. I stood there at the cashier to place an order for a good 5 mins at least and no one even acknowledged my... presence. The lady at the drive thru was in her own world taking orders. My wife comes in and asks about our order I told herno one has taken it she calls out and then the lady at the drive thru speaks up saying they r short staffed and some one willcome up. I've never been to KFC before and as my first time walking in it was horrible. Poor guy was doing both register and drive thru... while the rest of his team were talking in a group at the back. The food also looks really bad, it's even worse than schoollunch. Read more
