I give my experience a 2 star.. i came by the drive thru and of top on the drive thru speaker sounded very low like the speaker... wasn?t working properly and the cashier named Melissa sounded very unenthusiastic. . . you need friendly people that make youfeel welcome not unwelcome.. Stopped by for lunch. Service was very friendly and efficient!! Food was delicious and hot and didn?t seem like it was sitting... under a heat lamp. No one in line so got my order very quickly !! Will definitely be back again !! Read more
I wish I could give this place 0 stars! They never have anyone working, the drive thru is slow. I order on the app and every... time my order is wrong. I kid you not EVERY TIME. This place is ridiculous, management doesn't help. Read more
This location attracts a different crowd in my opinion. The whole front counter is encased in plexiglass with holes in it to get... food and drinks. The cashier speaks into a mic from the other side. Not easy to understand. The food was fine. Not my firstchoice but options were limited. Read more

they lock the doors to go inside @ 8pm - drive thru stays open till 10pm. went inside since drive thru line had 6 cars in it.... barely made it before they locked the doors. ordered the $20 fill up after waiting a good 5-8 min before acknowledged. didn?ttell us they were outta breasts. asked how long before they had more breasts - he said something about a new cook. no clue whatthat had to do with us waiting for breasts. he said he would make it up to us. i think he put 1 extra leg in our bucket, he onlygave us one mashed potatoes instead of the 2 that came with the deal. the food we did receive tasted fine. original kfc can?t bebeat. just sucks no breasts. we tried calling several times until 10:30p no one ever answered. called the next day and weexplained what had happened and the day manager said she would give us a whole nother $20 deal. ok. so when we went back at 5pmthere was another manager on duty and this one had not been informed of what the day manager said she was going to comp us. shesaid that it was going to mess up her count. anyways got home ...excited to finally get some breasts but once again there wasnot one breast to be found. never got what we paid for - not sure how unhappy we should be since we got a whole nother fill upfor free? my BF was not pleased since we never got breasts so he contacted corporate via kfc website and filled out the formed,no reply just the auto reply that it was received... Not worth going there. Good taste but the pieces are incredibly small, I got a leg that was smaller than the ketchup bag that... came with the order. The thigh was smaller than the biscuit A cornish hen is bigger than the chicken they serve there. Read more
Very disappointed. We have an infant and I just had surgery 2days ago so my wife placed an order online to go pick up. She... arrived on time but then was informed they had just started making it when she got there. She then had to wait 30 minutes forthe food. Then when asking to speak with someone there were no managers on and no number to call and file a complaint. Read more
