Okay, I love these flavors but what is going on with the carbonation? At first I thought my kombucha had just gotten shaken up... before I got it. The second time I figured, maybe it?s just this cafe that they get shook around too much when they?re beingstocked? But this now happens maybe every other time I purchase this brand of kombucha from any of their retailers - even when Ibuy bottles from their own storefront. There?s got to be something going wrong with the production. You can?t even open itwithout losing half the product as it basically explodes. Pictured is two bottles of this kombucha that I will have to openlittle by little over the sink for about half an hour if I want to actually drink it. Cochinita?s authentic Mexican food to the great assortment of bevs (fresh kombucha on draught, wonderful coffee). Came across them after a baker I follow tagged them. Definitely a must if you're looking for fresh ingredients. We had the... chilaquiles with nopalitos and two bacon tacos. Great portion size and delicious flavor. My mom liked the chilaquiles so much Iordered two more portions to-go for my uncle and aunt. The coffee was strong and the chocolate chip cookies were so good.Doesn't have a ton of seating, but I'm sure they figure it out. Will come back to try their tamales and kombucha. Me and my daughter where looking for a place to eat and that has great coffee.We are also very picky but this place did not... disappoint us.I ordered the mole and she had the pork tostadas.The food, customer service and coffee was awesome.Also,It was avery clean place.We definitely will be back thanks for the good experience ?????? Highly recommended! A friend who loves kombucha was adamant that I check it out. It was my first time to go and I?m so happy for... the recommendation. Staff was polite and friendly. The atmosphere was calm and quiet. It was a great escape after a stressfulday. My friend got their kombucha on tap and I ordered their espresso- both were delicious. I don?t usually like kombucha, butthe samples tasted wonderful. Even though we came for the kombucha, we couldn?t resist getting a muffin and guacamole, whichtasted equally good. We will definitely be coming back to sample the rest of their menu and buy some of their local products! Read more
Stopped here to try out their brunch on a Sunday afternoon. While their brunch menu has fewer options than their other menus,... everything we tried (tres leches french toast and pork tamales) was delicious! The french toast was not too sweet and the porktamales were extremely flavorful. Portions a bit on the smaller side for the price, but was enough to keep us satisfied forlunch. As far as the kombucha, we tried both the pineapple/guava and watermelon which they had on tap. Both were excellent.They also offer free samples of the kombucha if you are indecisive like I am. We will definitely be back to try out their fullbreakfast and lunch menus in the future! Read more
