Longtime customer, always spend upwards of $100 every time I order. So, imagine my surprise when she brought out my order, and... then berated me at my car window about not using the app to order curbside! For the record, I called and asked if they?re stilldoing curbside, and they said yes. Then I used the app to order, but there was no option to select curbside! Usually I call itin when I get there and they bring it out with no issue, but this time I guess the girl that brought it out just had to berude. If it was a problem, I would have come inside to pick it up?after all, it?s decent Vietnamese/Chinese food in aconvenient location for me, and I?ve always in general loved food from the Kim Son restaurants. Otherwise, don?t say you docurbside if you don?t want to! Or, make sure the app has the right options available! I know it?s wrong because I use the sameapp to order curbside from another restaurant, and I can always select it without issue. ???? Read more
Both food and service are good. Pho is $16 which you can get the same pho with bigger portion and $5 cheaper within 15 minutes... driving distance. Read more
I absolutely love this restaurant and have been going to Kim Son franchises for great Chinese and Vietnamese food for many... years. However, their prices are now too high for me at the Rice Village location. $12.30 for 5 small Vietnamese egg rollswith lettuce? It was already expensive when it was $10. $8.20 for 2 shrimp spring rolls? I am bummed, I will have to startlooking for another go-to Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant. End of an era. Read more
I had never had so much celery, it was Kung Pao Celery not a chicken, no flavor at all. Worst Kung Pao ever.
Ok so everyone knows I love PHO ???? I have to be honest in my reviews. Flavor -??? Portion- ??? Price- ?? Personally many... places are a bit cheaper for 3 people it was $48 I'm used to spending about $38 at completely awesome spots and the portions aremore. I also don't like when my broth isn't piping hot this wasn't ????. Will I eat here again Yes. Will it be my first choiceNo. I also order Brisket only they gave me meat balls and brisket so to many things wasn't on point for me. I will add they didhave good customer service pretty polite. Food was amazing. My server was sweet she gave recommendations that were delicious!!! Restaurant was fresh and clean? They even... have outlets with USB chargers at the booths. Ordered chicken curry. What I got was s small, watery portion of what tasted like a sort of chicken soup. Worst curry I ever... had. Bland. The only ingredients were small strips of chicken, onion, and green peppers. All of it was bland and, did I mention,watery. Came with white rice. $17+tax. Really bad value.
