Really cute concept for a coffee shop, however the espresso just isn?t that good. They have a variety of flavors & choices, but... the barista?s aren?t helpful in making sure you get what you want. It?s more for the name & decor, which is fine if that?s yourthing! The rocking chairs outside are awesome. Read more

What a strange little place. The lines have been so long that I?ve yet to sample their $20 Gesha (I?m a true coffee geek) or... their espresso. A line of young people with their tired ?tigers ripped my expensive jeans to shreds and I love looking like ahomeless person? flavor of the month fashion to get a sugary, flavored coffee. Yet, I?m drawn to one day sample their espressothat, a friend whom I trust, says ?is good?. It?s a pretty place. And the pour over units look impressive. Can?t wait to try. They sell their coffee beans in clear, glass jars. Weird. I?d have gone with a dark jar. Seems like this method of housing thebeans will lead to more oxidation and aging than another method. I?m a pour over guy. If I like their coffee I?ll pick up someto try at home. At least once. Drinks: - La La Latte: 4.5 out of 5 -- Foam + honey combo is quite sweet, but makes for a delicious dessert-y type drink. - The... Perfect Latte: 4 out of 5 -- Not quite as many bells and whistles on this one, which allows you to realize that the coffeeitself is perfectly average. A bit less sweet than the trademark latte. Food: - Avocado Toast: 4.5 out of 5 ? Great amount ofavocado and flavor on some great sourdough (?) bread. Overall, better than expected from a cafe which has an extensive drinksmenu. Bottom line: Worth a visit for the ?Gram and the vibes, and worth a return trip to support the mission?but probably notworth putting in your regular rotation if you?re an actual coffee person. Beautiful interior and (normally) cheerful service isoffset somewhat by mediocre coffee and the lack of space to sit down and work -- you get a much better experience if the weatherallows you to sit outside. Also noticed that despite being a new establishment, the place is looking a little messy around thetables and behind the counter?which I?m sure affects the drinks if they?re not thoroughly rinsing out between each drinkorder. Parking / Seating: Part of the MKT plaza (adjacent to Sweetgreen), so plenty of parking nearby. Seating inside is prettylimited: really only a couple large couches and 4-5 small tables. Outdoor seating is plentiful, with picnic-style tables on thegravel and some more small tables around back. Not the quietest and the indoor tables aren?t great for working, so I wouldreally only come to snap some photos and hang out with a few friends vs. coming to actually work. Definitely swing by to sayyou?ve been and grab a drink (and support the foster youth that they support and employ -- very cool), but go elsewhere ifyou?re looking for truly good coffee and a quiet place to work away from the crowds. It?s definitely for vibes. I came here with the intention to work and it?s not a good place for it. Food/Drink - 3/5 The matcha... lemonade was great, not too sweet and perfectly mixed. The chocolate croissant was mediocre. It was warmed up twice and stillcold. Atmosphere - 3/5 As I said, this place is for vibes. I don?t advise coming here if your intention is to work remotely. There are zero outlets, the tables are screwed down (harder to create a comfortable work space), and there?s very littleseating. Service - 4/5 The people working were relatively friendly. The person that took my order was great and the guy thatprocessed my refund for the croissant was also really nice about it. All in all, I?ll likely return to vibe out with friends. Read more

The vibes are so contagious! They have the cutest decor and the customer service is amazing. On my first visit to this new... location (so happy we have a location in Houston now)I got the French toast latte and the hazelnut toast (without bananasbecause they were out). There?s plenty of outdoor seating too and decent parking too. Read more

Visited on their grand opening at 8am and the line was already out the door, but moved fast. Getting our drinks took about 20... minutes but they were extremely busy. Despite being so busy, the staff was extremely kind and friendly. As others havementioned, it is quite lively inside and there is moderately loud music playing which makes for a upbeat vibe and puts you in agood mood, but probably wouldn?t be the best for working remotely unless you sit outdoors. Plenty of shaded patio seating andloved the rocking chairs! Honey and cinnamon latte and the avocado toast were both fantastic so we will definitely be back! Read more

Tried during their soft opening, everyone is super friendly and the kindness is infectious and a great way to start your... morning. First time here, tried the Perfect Latte and a simple butter croissant. It?s hard to describe, but the Perfect Lattereally was perfect, just the right amount of sweetness. Beautiful space, convenient location, will definitely be back to trysome of the other interesting lattes! Read more
