This experience was very different..they were watching ME while I was shopping! I was thinking in my head "HELL I AM A MINORITY... TOO!" I kept my cool got what I needed and left. Went out to eat lunch with my husband and the food was nasty. The beans were water down. I thought it would be mexican flavor,... but nope.. All the ladies there are salvadorians or from somewhere's else other then mexico..Not a good representation of thename Michoacana. No starts.. Read more
The food LOOKS delicious!
This morning I brought breakfast to go for two plate lunch. I'm a regular customer at this particular location for over 30,... years straight . One of the ladies took my order gave very very small portion of beans & rice I ask her if it possible gave more. She said no so ask too speak kitchen supervisor her name is Eva she said the rice was???? but too put more Beans . this location these are all new employees. They don't have a clue how to deal with customers. I gave the young lady my receipt sheask me what did I order my concept from the pass experience . The receipt have exactly what you order she look like I didn'tknow what I won't .Nevertheless the manger been working at this location for seven years she started as a cashier now she isrunning this store . One of the butcher been working here for over 20, years . A long the way the new employees are not beentrained too the fullest extent to deal with the customers. Read more
Small, clean and organized lots of stuff for mostly Mexican cuisine. I found a really nice and helpful attendant took her time... to help me look for things I needed. Parking lot is kinda very small. Read more
I? don?t know if the meat is always fresh sometimes they run out of salsa and cilantro and they don?t replace it. This lady... actually got upset because I? asked her to get some from the back the prices are a bit high for whatever else they sell in thereoverall if you need to make a quick stop for avocados or beans this place is ok the food... eh , u can find a better quesadillaor torta down the road Vallejo food truck . They do not value their customers at all, taking for granted that without us you would have no business and no jobs. I refuse... to patronize an establishment who allows their heir unprofessional, inconsiderate ill-mannered employees mistreat theircustomers. Seeing these reviews I realize this is common practice. It's a convenient neighborhood store but I prefer to spendmy money where it's appreciated, they hardly have anything anyway. Read more
