If I can give this location a zero I would first no clear communication with the staff at all then No Type of leadership or... management inside the store. I order two pizza from this location both pizza was extremely hard call to get either the orderremade done and a group of kids playing around over the phone. I received an incomplete order and requested a refund that I had to call several times to receive and was given only 15% of what... was owed and couldn?t explain why they kept 85% of my money. Told me I had no other recourse than to accept them taking mymoney. That?s criminal!!! Read more

It?s 9 o?clock and the lobby is closed I get that. I order a $50 dollar order that takes time to make I can?t stay in line. As... I?m about to pull off the guy says pull up to the front then I made sure to ask ?oh I can get my pizzas there at the front? andthe employee with the glasses in the picture says ?yes?. The time has passed and instead of waiting in line like I was going todo I listen to the person who workers there. Next thing I know the No neck manager is telling me ?order on the side order on theside? then instead of trying to speak with me ignores me and his shortest employee with the hat walks around and try?s to blockme out the managers vision. The line is about 15 cars long, which I wouldn?t have minded waiting in if he trained his employeesbetter to give correct instructions. Next thing you know, even though there was a long line, all the employees were In the lobbycausing the wait to be longer while the no neck manager was standing at a register twiddling his thumbs and the employeeslaughing around. Terrible customer service?locked the doors 5 min early and wouldn?t let me get my pre ordered pizza. Their were several other... customers who had pre ordered pizzas and they forced us to wait in a already backed up drive through. However they did let 2Hispanic females in to wait for theirs. Ordered the make your own pizza Italian sausage deal for $9.00 bucks and this is what I got. (05/31/2022). It was absolutely... disgusting. Most of the pizza didn't have sausage on it. Tasted like fresh toilet paper. The young women who were here attitudesare disgusting. I actually witnessed one throw a pizza at a customer. I can't believe this restaurant hasn't been reported. Went in ordered a pizza paid was told to wait 8 minutes then as I was walking back to get it they throw a sign up in the windows... saying lobby closed and refused to talk to me. I was told go thru the drive thru manager walked out laughing at me, then theyopened the door to talk to some guy? very unprofessional and nasty location!! Do something about your drive through. People are constantly blocking the road and/ or intersection waiting to get into the... drive through. Nobody is able to get to the light to turn onto Woodforest, and sometimes not able to turn onto Claire Lane asthe entire intersection is blocked by cars waiting to get into the drive through. It is illegal to block intersections. Eitherclose your drive through or put up signs directing folks to park on the opposite side near the school to wait or walk inside toorder. I sat through 3 light cycles behind two cars waiting to get into drive through and I finally had to make a U turn and goback another way. This is not the first time the road has been blocked like this, and I know other people are frustrated too. Read more
