Pay your staff more money! You?re not going to have enough people willing to work at this location to make it function if they... are not getting paid enough. clearly you are not offering enough for people in this area to want to work here. So either closedown this store, or reevaluate if the payroll here should be raised. Read more
The management needs to get it together. Why the hell u have one person working drive through and inside. I waited in drive thru... for 30 mins finally get to window waited there 10 more mins then told no hot and readys another 15 min wait. This a regularthing there. Always busy but one person ringing up people. Worst little ceaser ever . im calling corp. And raise hell make abig deal of it. Im sick of this as is everyone. U cant do ur job shut it down and bring a company in that can service the publicright. Very shameful place and the people running it gives little ceaser a bad name. Read more
I wish it were better. Girl in the window was high or something. She rang up the wrong order and took her two more times to get... it right. She ended up just giving me what she left off my ticket. I didn?t mind that part of course. But it could?ve beenbetter. Read more
By far the worst customer service! I always go to another because of this issue and this store is closer to me so today... unfortunately I had to stop here they made my son wait more than 25mins for a hot and ready and bread sticks and when i go backin for info all I got was a ?I don?t know? I asked for my money back because after asking I still saw no pizza around not tomention another gentleman was complaining about his order.. such a mess bad coordination and bad service! Placed my order over the phone. When I got there they said there was no order for me in the system. So I went ahead to order.... After 10 minutes of waiting (systems went down) I got my order in. Came back to pick up my order and systems were down again soI couldn't pay with card for a pizza they had left out of the order. Payed cash and came home to 2 cold pizzas ( I live 2minutes away . 1 was ordered with extra sauce so it should've been fresh and it was still cold. Read more
Place was clean and the service was good. I came in for just crazy bread and the guy was like " that's it no pizza" i said yes... and he looked at me funny. All in all it was a good experience. Read more
They have a drive through but never really have anything ready and you have to pull around and wait most times. I wish they... could be just a tad bit faster. It is a hot and ready. Pizza place for crying out loud lol. The prices are fantastic. The pizzais great. They just need to speed things up a little bit. Other than that they provide great customer service. I rate this placea 3 out of 5. Read more
