Staff is cool and professional. The store needs a deep cleaning. The air ducts in the lounge area are extremely dirty which may... contribute to the staff being overwhelmed sometimes. Seirra, Robert, and Mary of second shift were fast and helpful. Wednesday Aug 10th at 8:57pm our order was slightly off for the... first time but the staff fixed our order with haste and gave us a complimentary item for our troubles. I?ve never had an issuewith this place before and seeing their response to their mistake has made me want to write a good review. I would recommend foranybody wanting a great experience. Read more
This place sucks at customer service and make you wait for a very long time, when you are supposed to get the pizza and go.... People who have online orders, still come in expecting that their food is ready and still have to wait in the lobby. Ridiculousand get it together!!! Read more
The worst ever, i placed a order online for 2 thin pizzas on the app it said my order was ready so i went for it when i get... there a lady tells me its not ready yet so she makes me wait more then 1 hour and then comes again and tells me we dont have anythin pizzas do you want regular pizzas like after making me wait 1 hour and then tells me she doesnt have any of the pizzas iplaced ONLINE.
