I'm fairly confident the toppings were fresh. I ordered a Supreme pizza. There was almost no sauce and the toppings were... seriously scarce. I ordered from home and still had to wait for 20 minutes after arriving at the restaurant. This was my first(and last) visit to this location. Read more
Went a week ago 20 minutes before closing. They advised they had no pizzas available and it would be 20 minutes before it would... be ready, but they'd be closed by then... I accepted that I should have gone earlier. Went again today hours before closing,same story, no pizzas ready in the entire store and it would take 30 minutes to make one. No apologies either time, just "it iswhat it is" mentality. I'm very sure there is no management here, just poorly trained teenagers who don't want to do their jobsand prefer to stand around and joke with each other. The posted business hours say 10:30 open time. It?s a Lie! I was there at 10:30?.ghost town. I had to go to another location,... which was opened as scheduled. On my way back I passed the store at 11:02 am and it was still closed with about 4-5 customerswaiting outside! Absolutely pitiful! Oh yeah the store that never opened also had several posted signs that read ?No thin crustavailable ?. I will Never go there again?and if I did they probably wouldn?t be open anyway. Read more
This place is extremely horrible. Do not even waste your time. The employee that works in the front must be trained to lie to... the customers telling them ?10-15 minutes? when in reality you are waiting 30 minutes for only 2 pizzas. Place order online early in the day to pick at 6:30pm. I ordered two Detroit Style Pepperoni deep dish and one cheese. The pizza... was nothing like the picture or what I ordered before. The ends of the pizzas was round not square and the cheese was missing ofa few slices. The dough was so thick around the edges, I thought it was a regular deep dish pizza.The previous pizza from 3 daysago was so good I decided to get more. Well, I messed up. Spoke with the manager and she said she could have them made again,but the dough is still going to be the same. It was going to take 15 minutes. I advised her that there was no need to make morewhen it's still going to be the same. My thing is that she should have told me to come back another day and they would be remadeor something.
