Hot N Ready was NOT Hot N Ready after I asked , was lied to and told it was, on to have to wait. That's pretty unprofessional... and upsetting as I really under time constraints. I LOVE Little Ceasar's but the last time I came to this place the service was just terrible. I mean, it's Little Ceasar's right... so my expectations are low and I'm ok with that because the pizza is cheap and still pretty good. This last time however, I justcouldn't anymore. I waited and waited for my order and then after like 30 minutes they tell me they don't have the ingredientsto make what I ordered. I just left without my food and no refund. Pizza was ok. What disturbed me most was employees working in the back not using gloves nor handwashing. Workers coming from the... from the back switching with front employees. And the front employees going to the back to work on pizzas without hand washingafter handling cash. The lady on the pic in the back is handling pizza dough and has acrylic painted nails on.
