Bad experience every single time I come through here. Even after I order through the app way in advance, and I get a... notification that order is ready, only to find out it hasn?t even been started so now I have to wait another 40 min. The service was decent and they apologize to people for the wait which was good cause it was packed today. I waited a good 30... min for my food which is fine since I order a cheese pizza. But I feel bad for the cashier because she was getting insulted bycostumers because the service and incorrect food was coming. I just wished they understand that it was really busy and they areoverloaded. The cashier kept a happy face about it even thru the confusion. This was my first time trying Little Caesar?s. Made a simple order of oven roasted wings which took about 40mins and when I... picked it up it was bbq wings. With no apologies, I was told it would be 5mins and 15 mins later I finally received my order.What was upsetting was not the mistake but there was no decency to apologize after keeping me waiting for over an hour for aside of wings. Can't beat the price. And the extra mostest pepperoni is out of sight. The guy at the drive thru window was very polite. There... was a bit of a wait this time, which is unusual. I ordered ahead, but no big deal. Great service and food. Read more
The worst. If you want horrible customer service, burnt old pizza, and wait 15-30 minutes for a ?hot & ready? come here!! Just... take the drive to uvalde, or beltway 8. Not worth it. Oh you might get high with the doordash drivers who come in here smellinglike a WHOLE POUND. Read more
This is the second time that I have gone to this location to purchase a pizza from the Hot n Ready menu, and the pizza was... actually not ready. I was going to have to wait. 10 minutes. Huh?! My concern is I have yet to get The BestMost Pepperoni Pizzaor whatever it is called without having to wait. The first time this happened, the store manager, Mike, went on and on aboutwhy it wasn't ready. Why is it a called a Hot n Ready menu, when in fact the pizzas AREN'T ready. I feeling a falseadvertisement vibe. To make matters worse, the employee whom I'm having dialogue with, gets a little attitude, as well as thestore manager, Mike, whom I remembered from the first encounter. I waited for the pizza because I wanted to see how long itwould take for it to be ready. It took more than 10 minutes. Smh At lunch time. Not good enough. My expectations are not beingmet. I had been calling for 30 minutes and no one answers so I thought they were busy, so I drive up to the dam place and go through... the drive thru and these dam kids are just standing on their phone, so I call the place again and this dam little boy puts thephone on silent!!!!
