First time here, feels so welcome. Staffs are really friendly, the manager is really good at his job, he will come to every... table to asking about how they feel about the food and everything, you can tell how much he cares about the business. This place is wonderful! I was seated and told my waitress would be with me shortly. Our waitress came and introduced herself... and said her name was Deja and she would be our waitress. She was very polite and always on point with our drinks. As soon asour drinks were even halfway, she'd have another one at the table immediately. I was very impressed because it's hard to findservice like that sometimes. I even mentioned to her that she should give classes on how to be a server because she was thatgood. The food was great, the service was great. The restaurant was very clean. I will definitely be returning to this location.If you decide to eat at this Long Horn Steakhouse Katy location ask for Deja. Impressive! Restaurant was exceptionally clean, service was excellent and food was superb! From entering the establishment to... leaving, our experience was wonderful! The hostess greeted us immediately and was pleasant. As we thanked her, she said, ?mypleasure?. That?s always a higher quality you?re welcome. Sets the tone for the good coming our way. Bread and butter is servedat the start of the meal. We each ordered an entree. I had the chicken sandwich and my friend had the steakhouse burger (whichshe reported as very tasty). My sandwich was delicious and huge! I ended up taking half home with me. It was juicy and seasonedperfectly. It comes with tomato, pickles (the good Classen pickles, not the regular dill pickles most places have) and onion. Ihad the house salad as my side item. It wasn?t just salad thrown in a bowl. It was a pretty large helping with diced cucumbersand diced tomatoes. The croutons on top were delicious. We also got a side of fried okra to share. I?ve never seen okra donelike this. It was in spears rather than cut into pieces. I highly recommend this dish. So very good! The sweet tea was perfecttoo. Sweetened just right. I love my sweet tea! Service was top notch. Great location. Food tasted great and was cooked to our liking. Loved the dessert make the perfect ending to the whole meal.... Server was really attentive and helpful in making suggestions on what to order. Wasn't rushed and able to enjoy each course. Alil pricey if you don't mind spending the money but it is worth it. First time going and my server Robert was beyond awesome. He was very helpful with recommendations and had a positive... attitude. Let's start with appetizers very affordable and tasty the rolls n rings highly recommend. I also had a strawberry???? margarita and I loved it I had the ribs omg fall off the bone goodness. Not a fan of the Mac n cheese but I ate it. Mypartner had the steak im not a fan of steak but I tried it and regretted not ordering one also. Deserts omg more than I couldhave handled had to take it to go. The day I went unfortunately there was a rude customer and I must commend the staff forremaining confident and friendly because despite what she said to them everyone remained professional and that shows growth jobwell done.
