Editing rating. We have been coming to Los cucos for years. At least once every 2 weeks. We even came with our wedding party... after we got married. This has been our favorite dining out spot. The last couple months it has just been going downhill, butafter last week, we will not be going back. It was terrible service and worse food. I am saddened because this place has becomekind of special to us, and I even refer everyone I host from out of town. Over the past few months, the servers have becomehostile and negligent and the food just seems rushed and is often wrong. Check out my order of nachos from this most recentvisit. We were seated and no one came to our table. A server passed up several times and still did not stop. We figured shewasn't our server, so we continued to wait. After a few minutes another table was sat and the server went to them, got theirdrink order, and they were promptly brought chips and salsa. We continued to wait there for a few more minutes until I walkedover to the server area and asked if we were going to be greeted. The woman that has not acknowledged us at all, and took theother table before us informed me that she'd be over in a minute. It was all down hill after that and we really tried to justenjoy ourselves, but then the food came out wrong, and my nachos has barely any toppings.
