Staff was friendly however, the entree was good. Me and kids ordered baked chicken. But the sides tasted sketchy. And the soft... drinks we had to try a few different types in order to find one that didn?t taste funny. Thought a safe bet would be the tea butthat was unpleasant as well. Please closed down this location dirty, filthy, lazy workers, rude staff, outside is not inviting. The food is never fresh old... and it seems they give you what has been sitting there for a while. First time the fish was not battered all the way disgustinguncooked. I went for a second time hard chicken can't bite into it rude lady at the drive thru, just because I ask for gravy shegot mad and gave me a nasty attitude. Taking my order bad attitude didn't even ask me if I wanted gravy with my mashed potatoes. Never going back, I love lubys but NOT this location is disgusting.. please save your money go somewhere else I don'tunderstand how this is still open. Read more

Food was good but the rolls are very tiny about the size of a quarter. The tea was very old and pungent. I asked for some fresh... tea and they brought me some but when I went back to get me another one it was the same pungent tea on the line. Read more

I had the fried cod which was delicious...the crust was crispy and the fish inside was hot and tender...my sides were the fresh... steamed ????????????and mashed potatoes with gravy...East Mt. Houston location has great fresh ????cooked food and very friendlyservice ????...the atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing if you choose to dine in the restaurant..the meatloaf taste homemadeand the green beans are good as well. The macaroni and cheese ????taste like it was cooked in the oven as opposed to soupywhich is a plus. The quality for the price is superb. Read more
I did the drive thru the young man took my order but did not give me all I ordered. I received my order but was missing my... gumbo. I called and they told me to come in to get it . I was not charged for it. He rang me up but didn't put in the correctamt he asked me for the.32 cent because it was a debit. His service was not good. Maybe he was having a hard day.
