I scheduled an order for pickup at 11:30pm. I got there at 11:36 and waited in the drive through until 11:50. I had to deliver... food to a person in school at precisely 12:00 so they could enjoy their hour lunch. This made me so late. The food should havebeen ready for me to pick up at the time I ordered it. Such terrible service. The girl in the drive through window has no ideawhat she was doing. She was so lost and confused when I pulled up at the speaker and I said I was there for my order at 11:36! Ihad to call the store while waiting in the drive through two times! This location had been good. Lately quality went down. Got the roast beef, seemed they went to a lower grade of meat. No flavor,... texture, etc. The last few times we went there most of choices lacking. The people behind the counter busy talking to each otherthan serve the customer. Read more
YES THEY ARE STILL OPEN!!! This place a wife selection of food to eat. I especially love the children's plate option for my... children. They each get a main course and two side or a veggie plate where you pick just three sides. Their meal also comes witha roll, kids drink and jello for one price. This helped so much with my picky eaters who one day like something and then don'tlike it the next. For the adult the portions side are huge. I have never left here feeling hungry. Yoy get two sides and achoice of rolls. The people behind the counter serving food have the patience of saints when dealing with my indecisivechildren. The place is very clean with several wait staff walking around to help whenever they are needed. They have helpedmove tables together when needed and carry trays when it's too much for me to handle on my own. They refill your drinks and areat your table to assist you with anything. Went on Saint Patrick's Day had the corned beef cabbage and new potatoes with a jalapeno roll. It was delicious. The people... working the dining area were great kept coming over to see if we needed anything and filling our drinks. Read more

I mean, it's Luby's. Not the best food we have gotten from here. The chicken fried chicken was tough, and the mashed potatoes... were kinda cold. Our server was great! She deserves 5 stars. Read more
