I am part of a Wednesday dinner group and we all went to Mambo North Freeway last night and had an excellent time. The service... and the food were wonderful. Our group of 7 ordered a variety of dishes and we all shared a taste of each. Every one of themwas superb. Perfectly seasoned and perfectly prepared. The Mambo Fried Rice could possibly be the best fried rice in the city. If not, it's in the top 5. Our server was Talia and she was very prompt and attentive to our needs. We stopped in to Mambo Seafood at 10810 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77037 (right in front of Harbor Freight) for lunch, I've never... eaten here because it was always so busy. Really needed some shrimp in my life. It was super busy but we got sat immediately and the food and drinks were brought out... very quickly. The staff were friendly and the food tasted really good. I would definitely go back and recommend it! Read more
That was my first time dine-in at this restaurant and I was surprised by the number of employees who work there. The food was... pretty well served and very tasty. I asked for the 15 shrimp with french fries and mambo combo rice as side. And I couldn't stopeating even when I was full. The service was decent. Took a little while for someone to take our order. The portion sizes are enough to feed a small family!... They are very generous with the food. The pricing isn?t bad either. Wouldn?t mind returning to Mambo Seafood when I?m inHouston. Read more
