Ordered the pint size birthday cake with sprinkles and pint size vanilla with butterfinger pieces and chocolate chips. I must... say this company has really shocked me. The order was correct and ice cream was smooth. marble slab has good customer service. even when it?s packed they always seem to give people ice cream left to right. usually... you would have to wipe the tables down since there could be residue from the last people that sat down. they got lots of flavorsand ice cream toppings so you could add whatever you want. Haven?t been here in a few months but used to come all the time. Went in and stood there for a while waiting for someone to... emerge from the back. Someone finally came out and just stood there we had to ask her to help us. She was CLEARLY in no mood tohelp customers. The shop was out of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. We asked for a sample of something else to see if wewould like it before purchasing since they were out of our usuals and were Very rudely told that they don?t do that (everylocation I have ever been too does but okay). We just left no point in giving our money to a franchise who?s employees make youfeel unwelcome as soon as you walk in. Read more
We use to come to this location alot, when Manuel was there, but stopped coming, because he left. So, we figured to come and see... if it's still the same. Well, no it's DEFINITELY not. It's DIRTY, the counters were smeared with ice cream, there were flys, andpecans stuck to the countertops. My sister and I were craving ice cream so we decided to go to marble slab. It was our first time going to this location and we... loved it. We were actually able to eat inside. The atmosphere was really nice, workers were kind and patient with us since wehad no idea what we wanted when we first arrived. The banana split was huge, surely worth the price. Definitely will return forice cream soon but maybe get something smaller! ???? Read more
