Very expensive and the ice cream isn't good quality
This is the only location we will go to. Friendly staff/ Mgr. And chill atmosphere.
Went in for free ice cream on the app. They couldn't use it so obviously money is more important that customer service.
I?ve cream was good but expensive for the small amount I got. The menu says that a medium has unlimited mix ins but the ice... cream scooper said I could only get 3, even though they could have fit a couple more. Read more
A great place to get ice cream. The man working was very nice and the place was very clean. The ice cream was delicious. They... even allowed us to put one of our to go ice creams in the freezer while we waited for the rain to stop. Would highly recommend! Read more
***For your health!*** Do Not get the cones!!! My family and I went to get ice cream cones and once we got to the cone part upon... eating our ice cream the cones tasted nasty like chemicals. It made our lips and tongue numb. I brought it to the staff?sattention and they did nothing about it. They said nothing. Just a blank stare. My husband notice it was the way they werecleaning the counter tops and spraying their cleaning supplies near the cones that are exposed with no covering. Read more
You can tell the place isn?t very busy and there?s only been 1 employee the few times I?ve visited, the first visit guy was... attentive basically did what he had to do and that?s the limit of it, the next visit was a woman and there was only 1 customerin the store she wasn?t speaking ,looked super annoyed, looked at us, no greeting, no acknowledgement, we waited a few minutesand nobody said a sound except for the customer in front of us as he asked for samples, there was black trash bags over 2machines in the front as well, was super uncomfortable and uninviting so we all just walked out, I am giving 3 stars because ofthe first experience wasn?t a super bad one and the Swiss chocolate I got was good , but i won?t return Read more
