Marcos has the best pizza hands down!!!! Fresh homemade dough!!! And customer service is always 10! Attentive as soon as you... walk in!! Jorge is great and very nice!!! He?s always friendly and I appreciate that!! I definitely will only come to thislocation and I?ll definitely only be eating Marcos pizza!! The cheese! So delicious! Sad that this is my kids favorite pizza because they have the worst customer service ever. I attempted to place an order online... and I kept getting an error message. I decided to call the order in and pay with my credit card. When they were about to hangup I asked what was my total. They were charging me over 10 dollars more than online. Guy couldn't figure out why, he thenasked and was told to enter the deal coupon. I checked my bank and they had fully charged the higher amount. I called back theyhung up on me. I called again and same person answered said "hello" nothing else. I'm calling a house people I am calling abusiness. I asked why I was still cahreged the higher amount and not the adjustment I kept getting the run around. I asked tospeak with a Manger to confirm I'd get my refund and was told they could not talk to me because they were busy. I understand ifI was being rude or demanding but not at all I simply asked to confirm. They need major major training on customer service. Read more
This place is so Disrespectful I ordered a pizza not only did they get my order wrong they also left my food on the ground for... the ants to eats, when I went to let them know about the mistake this mistake they were very disrespectful over the phone,hung up on me , told me to call corporate and then hung up again !!! I called back I asked for a refund and they had a verynasty attitude they did not refund my money nor did they give me the pizzaI deserve. Now I have to call corporate tell themabout the manager who is supposed to have etiquette named Jorge because he refused to do his job and then hung up on a payingcustomer!! Jorge does not deserve to work at a place that requires customer service if he is not capable of having any!!!! Ordered from this location recently, for starters they put down the wrong number for my order. Waited all night and never... actually received my order. My card was still charged. I called the next day asking for the manager. Employee stated he wouldn?tbe in til 4pm and to call back later. When I called and finally got in touch with the manager he was no help. He stated thatthey could Noh deliver my pizza or refund me and talked to me in an unprofessional tone. He stated that I should call my bank tohave the charges removed, why? It was their fault. They forgot the crust flavoring on both pizzas we ordered. Also, the pizza was slightly under done and had very little toppings.... We have ordered from here in the past and have had pretty good food but this was a lousy night! On top of that, when I walkedin, there was a Mgr and staff member talking at a table. I stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting for service until Ilooked at them and the Mgr finally got the point and sent the employee over to help me. Not the best experience... Read more
