This used to be our "go to" pizza restaurant but probably no longer. Two weeks ago we ordered pizza and breadsticks but when I... got there, the pizza was ready but they had to remake the breadsticks because they made cheeybread instead. This week, weplaced the same order. The order was not ready at the promised time because "our system is down" (but somehow another walk incustomer got their order). The manager did not seem very apologetic and was rather flustered. I received my order and when Igot home we noted the pizza did not have any sauce on it. I went back to the store and the manager offered a half heartedapology and said I could keep the pizza and then instructed an employee to give me a bunch of dipping sauces! REALLY? I askedfor a refund because I had already ordered another pizza from another restaurant. The manager processed the refund and all butthrew the receipt at me and didn't say another word. I told her I thought she was being rude and had not offered a sincereapology. And yes, I did fill out a feedback form. Read more

Normally we get a good product but the last 2 times we ordered online they have messed up my wife?s salad. 2 times in a row is... not good service. The instructions are typed out on the receipt and they still mess up. I.e. no cheese, only turkey and we getsalad loaded with cheese and ham. Read more
Just visited Marcos for the first time and the pizza was sooo good! Now my favorite pizza place. Fresh ingredients and the bread... dough they used was excellent. We had the thick crust and it was delicious. We also had the cheese sticks and they were thickand delicious as well! Read more
This place just opened recently and it is now my favorite pizza around here. The old world pepperoni is awesome and you can pick... double cheese as a choice for toppings which most places charge extra. Everything I've tried so far has been great. Hope theycan keep it up time will tell. Read more
I buy Marcos once a week for my kids because this has became one of their pizza favorite and this is the third time in a row... they have disappointed!!!! I just ordered a xl pizza with a order of cheese bread. The pizza taste old and the cheese bread isliterally straight bread with none of their garlic or Parmesan like they normally load on there.
