So disappointed... read the awesome reviews online so I drove out of my way this morning to try them out.. google says they are... open at 5am on Saturdays. Showed up at 5:20, pulled in the parking lot and noticed their open sign wasn't on so I parked todouble check the hours of operation on my phone. As I was doing this someone turned off the inside lights. Didn't want to ruintheir 5 star rating but I wish they were open when they are supposed to be. In appearance, this is your traditional donut shop. I tried their spicy boudin kolache and sausage egg and cheese croissant.... The boudin kolache was great. Their was more boudin than bread, which I like. It was flavorful and well spiced. The croissantwas great, too. The sausage and eggs tasted great, and the croissant was light, buttery, and flakey.
