Came to eat real quick with my wife and had to beg the staff to clean the table. Then after that while filling my drink I get... hit by a flying toy thrown by an employees child. There were 4 of them from 4 to 6 possibly. At least they could give you a trayso you wouldn't have to put your food on the dirty tables. Poor location. Read more

Horrible experience here, again!! The first time I went here they were closed inside, and I got stuck in the drive thru for 30... mins, then had to go park and wait another 5 to 10 mins. Tonight, another VERY long wait in the drive thru, then sent to gopark again. Sat in my car for 15 mins waiting for my food, after the long drive thru wait. Guess what, they didn't give me allmy food. I then had to go inside, and wait some more. No offer of anything for the inconvenience. The best part is next. Everything was cold. Asked for fresh fries and the give me cold fries again. Bit into the chicken sandwich when I got home and... it had a big Gristle in the middle. The employee were playing around behind the counter. This location has went downhill. Mustbe under new management. So sad, this use to be my spot! Read more
Waited 15 minutes to get my food, which I?m ok with, it?s a weekend and I wasn?t in a hurry. Got home and my order was wrong.... Drove back so they could correct it. I was then given my food again, and it was wrong the second time. Third time was thecharm. I hate to write subpar reviews about establishments in my community, but this wasn?t the first bad experience I had. I had a horrible HORRIBLE experience with the manager this afternoon around 2 pm 08/10/22. I had ordered a meal last night and... when I got home I noticed my fries were nothing but fry crumbs.. no fries. I went back this morning to speak to the managerabout my dissatisfaction. She said "you ate them, and you want me to replace them?!" "You ate them and you didn't take apicture?" I'm a 75 year old woman, I barley know how to work my cell phone let alone think about taking a picture of my frycrumbs. I explained to her that I was already home and I was hungry. She was so incredibly rude and was speaking to me like achild. She yanked my receipt from my hands and ended up keeping the receipt. She refused to make it better, I walked out withnothing. As she was speaking to me all she could do was curl her hair with her finger. She is the absolute epitome ofunprofessional and disrespectful. All I was expecting was a small order of better quality french-fries which are literally$1.99!! That's it!! She needs to be FIRED ASAP because of the way she handled this situation. I don?t know if it was McDonald?s doing or the Door dash driver but I am extremely dissatisfied! I ordered McDonald?s through... door dash last night because my household is sick and we have to quarantine, door dash gets here and our two happy meals areboth missing our chicken nuggets, our fries were cold and we were missing a burger. I?ve tried calling this location severaltimes and it always says mailbox is full. Read more
Wednesday early evening and the driveway looked like Saturday after the party is over. Decided to go inside and found the party... itself is on in the lobby. Nonetheless, the atmosphere was great and the employees were professional and attentive. The foodorder took way too long but still the staff were doing their best to keep up.
