I have no clue why there?s so many negative reviews, my experience was much the opposite. Very good service, friendly staff and... very quick efficient drive through. Even though I added more items to my order when I was paying, I still got my food in lessthan 3 minutes (and I ordered a lot of things). Compared to other McDonald?s in the Houston area, this one in particular wereamazing. 5 stars all the way! Read more
Worst experience period. The cashier didn't look like she wanted to be there. She was getting everyone's order including ours... incorrectly. The shift manager insisted of taking her off the register just kept apologizing for the mistakes being made. Wewere on our way back to Austin and decided to get some breakfast before getting back on the road. Next time we visit Houstonagain, we won't be visiting this location for sure. Read more
Always slow. Always unfriendly. Always gets the order wrong. Always barely warm food. Submit complaints to McDonald?s corporate... site otherwise the moronic manager receives these reviews and nothing changes. Definitely will not be back. There?s a BurgerKing across the street and a much better McDonald?s 2 miles North on the left side. Read more
Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. There was issues with the app. The staff members we interacted with were... rude. All of the food felt like it was at least hours old. The bread on the burgers was hard. The fry containers weren't evenhalfway filled and the fries themselves weren't thoroughly cooked. I've had some bad experiences at McDonald's before but thishas by far been the worst one. We will not be going back to this location. Read more

Slow and rude service. After being yelled at as soon is I walked in to make my own order at self ordering screen. Waiting over... 30-45 mins for two plain burgers, somehow they managed to still get my order wrong, adding everything I asked not to have on theburger. I went back to have them correct it, the cashier gave me attitude telling me ?we busy?. Waited another 20 mins for theburger replacement. Could of had better and faster service anywhere else, dare I say even a steak house. Most definitely notcoming back to this place Read more
