First off let me start by saying this was my cheat meal for the week I so wanted the Mc Rib meal I ordered the meal light sauce... with extra pickles and onions fries no salt at first glance the sandwich took my breath away (couldn't wait for the first bite)the sandwich was luke warm the fries where also sub-par I was extremely disappointed now I have to walk an 5 extra miles for theworst cheat meal ever thanks Mc Donald?s I won't waste another cheat meal on ya Thanks???? I usually don't go to McDonald's but was in need of a quick meal. Most of the times the customer service at other locations is... pretty bad because the people don't really care but the girl at the front (Maria) had the best customer service I've seen fromany of the employees before. She was very quick, greeted me warmly, even helped to make sure that things were stocked up. Therewas a mix with my order but they were quick about getting it taken care of without issues. They had an attitude because I told them their board was not working so we couldn't see the menu on what to order. When we... finally decided the girl had an attitude when I asked for condiments and napkins. I used to work for Micky d's back in the gapso it's a time thing. Whenever we come at this location, we ask for a Mocha Frappe. Employees always say the machine is broken and aren't selling it.... Why don't you remove these options from the menu? I parked my car in the McDonalds parking lot after refusing 2 Large Frappe andfiled a complaint. Then, I went back at same place to order large fries after 10 minutes then I looked on the screen that thecustomer infront of me got large Frappe. I asked the employee that you just refused me 2 Frappe 10 minutes ago and gave the sameFrappe to that customer. Then, employee told me that don't teach my job. When I go to all McDonald's. I realize this is the only McDonald's that does not open up their Fries box all the way. It's like... Half open. Attention Manager: the girl on duty Nov 12, 2022 at 11:30 am was great! We stopped in for a quick bite before our busy errand... day. The girl was very clean looking, dressed well (nice tuck to her uniform), kind, helpful, ran our food to our table(literally ran), got us sauces, wiped tables around us and never stopped. She smiled the entire time and really made ourexperience great (not that we were expecting much to begin with honestly). The food was fresh and hot, the restaurant was cleanand they have multiple seating options. The 5 stars goes to your worker bee. She really stepped up the energy in your store.Hire more people like this. That girl deserves a raise! Way to go, girly! Read more
